now that i notice it, the faces of the white women all did have similar structure...even the abstracted ones. the painters all seemed like they were painting and focusing on one subject. the only difference between all the women were the hair colors.

ReplyDeleteits because most if not all of the oainters were european. just like the images of jesus that most of us know were a white guy because thye were painted by white people.

ReplyDeleteI think since most of the painters as Mr. Ramirez said are mostly European they influenced eachother when they wanted to paint a female. So they probably saw the same image as the last painter did but they did some changes to make it more "origina"l and "creative." those words are in parentheses because the painting of a female as seen in the video has been the same within the past 500 years, and the creativity threw my eyes is minor because the simple changes that were made to each lady, were just hair clothing and background. More could have been done to make each painting more wonderful and original.
